A makeover party is the easiest party you can have. Your color scheme should be blue, pink, pale pink, purple, light blue, and orange. The streamers should be blue, pink, and orange. Then the balloons should be pale pink, purple, and light blue. Have something like cupcakes set around and small finger food so while the party is going on there will be food to eat.
You should also have make-up kits around and tell your guest to pick one up. The kits should have something like lipstick, lotion,eye shadow,fingernail polish, and a comb & brush. here should be a few extra kit just in case.
If you are turning your makeover party in to a slumber party. During the slumber party you can watch a couple of movies. Only invite about 5 people.With only about 5 people you can all go shopping the next day!! 
Make the slumber party last until about 8:00 am the next day.
